ParentMail

ParentMail can be accessed through the iOS / Android app and online (www.parentmail.com) by clicking the icon above.

IRIS ParentMail is a powerful engagement system that bridges the gap between school and home.  We will communicate to parents through Parentmail, allowing us to send letters home via email and also to collect data back including permission slips, surveys and read-receipts.  We will also use the epraise app to send important information home about accolades (rewards) and interventions (detentions) so it is important that at least one parent is signed up to both systems.

If you need any support receiving ParentMails, please follow the instructions below.  If these do not help, please contact the school office where they will be pleased to assist you.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login webpage or the “Forgot password?” link on the login page of the app.

Registering to use ParentMail

If your email address is stored on our management information system and you are not signed up to ParentMail, you will automatically receive regular requests to join, starting when your child enrols at the school.  Please click on the link in the invitation email and follow the instructions to set up your account.

If you do not receive ParentMail messages about your child to your email account, please contact the school office and they will check the details that we currently have on file for you.

ParentMail messages can then be viewed via the email you will receive in your inbox, through the website (www.parentmail.com) or through the iOS/Android “IRIS ParentMail” app.
