We are seeking to expand our team of lunchtime supervisors to work with our established, well organised provision. The successful candidates will be calm, efficient, fair and have experience of supervising/interacting with teenagers and young adults.


Our lunchtime team provide support for the social and personal needs of pupils, ensuring that they have a safe and healthy environment, during lunchtime break periods at the school.


This is achieved by;


  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with pupils, and providing care and support to them during lunch break activities.
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with other school staff, whilst reviewing and developing own skills and practices.
  • Contributing to the management of pupil behaviour and security.
  • Assisting with the management of communal areas and activities.


Salary: Grade 1 Point 1 £17,364.00

Actual salary to reflect hours and the term time nature of the post £1954.35

Contract Hours: 5 hours per week during term time only. Working one hour per day Monday to Friday. Consideration will be given to flexible working arrangements and or a job share arrangement if 5 days per week is not possible.
