Larkmead School are looking for a reliable driver, with a clean D1 Driving Licence, to drive our school minibus as part of our pool of enrichment activity drivers.


The role will involve assisting the school by transporting students to and from activities, utilising the school mini buses.

There is no commitment to particular hours on a regular basis, but rather as part of the pool of drivers you will be contacted when events are booked to confirm availability on an ad-hoc basis.

All applicants will be considered, but the position may suit retired/semi-retired people looking to get out the house for a few hours a day, or to fit in around an existing job or commitments.

Experience: Driving: 3 years (Required)


  • Clean D1 licence (Required)
  • Driving licence (Required)


Salary Type: Grade 1 Point 6 with an hourly rate of £ 10.09 (which includes holiday allocation allowance)

Contract Hours: Casual ad-hoc during term time

Closing Date: Friday 28th February 2020

Interview Date: Week commencing 2nd March 2020
