Cover Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit an inspiring Cover Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to directly support students and staff at Larkmead and to enhance the learning outcomes for our student body.

We are looking for someone who has high expectations of all students and is committed to raising educational achievement in classes across both the curriculum and academic years. Flexibility is key as the daily role is a reactive one requiring you to move to where need is greatest.

Training will be given but it would be an advantage to have classroom experience hence the role would suit an existing Teaching Assistant looking to expand and develop their career within education or a graduate considering a future in Teaching.
